As a Wife, Mother and Grandmother now, life is very exciting.  My real estate business, a second career comes after retiring from an almost 30 year flying career.  I'm so happy to be in Real Estate now.  I love being home with my family, friends and clients.  As a licensed agent in the state of Missouri for over 11 years, but inactive during the flying career, this previous licensing gave me the option to go to real estate school and obtain the Broker license.  That's exactly what I did back in November 2004. Since then I've not looked back but forward to helping the clients God puts into my life on a daily basis.  Every previous client is now someone I consider a friend.  Life doesn't get any better than that.

On a lighter side, I'm involved with the Motorcycle ministry at church, riding with a gang knows as "The Crossing Ridres"  For wintertime fun, I downhill snow ski.  Otherwise, I'm pretty much the worker bee...even lassoing my husband into becoming an agent to help me!  He has now become the CFO...and general manager!

I went to Valle High School in Ste. Genevieve, MO. where I had my dad as a biology teacher which made for the longest year!  It was a wonderful experience growing up in a small town, with 7 siblings.  Everyone was very busy, talking all at once, having lots of fun. 

I met my husband in college at Southeast Missouri University.  We have lived in St. Louis for almost 30 years and love this town.  We like to do St. Louis things such as the zoo, St. Patrick’s Day parade, plays, the balloon race; it’s a great place to live.

Personally, I’m a wife, mom to two great kids, and a great-aunt to 10 nieces and nephews.  Our family keeps on growing, and I get to enjoy the fun of being a part of it. I like to go hiking, camping, fishing, swimming, and love to read a great book. 

As a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with degrees in Marketing and Communications, I have had the opportunity to shine in several positions like HR management, Union Contract negotiations, Education and Training development and various other exciting fields.  It wasn’t until August 2007 when I got involved in the real estate world that I realized I had found my true professional passion in life.  

Since then I’ve had the opportunity to help many people realize their dreams which has made me realize mine!  It’s an energizing life that I am dedicated to.  I welcome the opportunity to help you make your dreams come true. 

After many years in the securities business, I decided to take a step back in '09 to enjoy some family time and do some travelling.  My wife, Stacey and I also teamed up as Realtors in 2009 and are having fun working with many family members and friends.

I began my career as an Accountant for A.G. Edwards back in 1987.  In the 1990's I continued my career at the firm as a Public Finance Investment Banker where we provided bond financings for states, cities, school districts, real estate developments and other municipal entities.  In the 2000's I served as a Capital Markets Compliance Officer where I advised and represented our Capital Markets Division on regulatory matters.  When we were bought by Wachovia I moved on to a small St. Louis firm where I served as Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer.  I was also a licensed Realtor in Missouri from 1996-2003.  

In my free time, I like to travel (Disney and Destin, FL are our favorites!), play golf, music (I collect guitars) and generally try to relax.  I've also coached youth soccer and softball and most likely will again when our youngest daughter starts playing.  In 2010 we finally fullfilled one of our dreams by purchasing a beach condo in Destin, FL and in 2011 we purchased a travel agency.  Real estate and the travel business keeps us busy, but it's fun and the businesses are nice compliments to each other.

I have been married for 22 years to Mark, my partner in real estate.  I am also the proud mother of 2 beautiful daughters, Sarah, 17 and Olivia, 8.  I’ve been a resident of the Oakville area for 22 years and of South St. Louis County all my life.  My main interest is spending time with my family and being with my kids at their activities.  That being said, I occasionally volunteer at my youngest child’s school, am a Girl Scout Leader, and attend golf matches and orchestra concerts of my older daughter.  I also like to cook and bake, do projects around our house, listen to music, read, and keep up with current news and events.

I graduated from the University of Missouri, St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in both Finance and Marketing.  After graduation, I worked as a utility rate analyst for 16-1/2 years.  My work as an analyst involved spreadsheet, database, graph and slideshow creation for testimony support and seminars.  Although I liked my job, I left it to stay home with our daughters.  In early 2009, I completed the Coldwell Banker School of Real Estate correspondence course and obtained my real estate license.  I take continuing education classes to keep me informed about topics that help me as a realtor. I also attend meetings and workshops to keep me current with issues relevant to the real estate industry, and to keep me up to speed with the latest trends in the ever-changing market.  I’ve always loved to travel with my family.  Together we’ve enjoyed some wonderful vacations, including numerous trips to Walt Disney World, four cruises (soon to be 5!), Destin, Florida, and various others.  My love for travel led us to buy a Cruise Planners home-based travel franchise in March 2011.  I enjoy working with and helping people with both real estate and travel ventures.
